Meet Our Principal

Dear Bennett Elementary Primary Families,

I am very humbled and honored to serve as the new Principal of Bennett Elementary, beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. I can assure you that I am dedicated to caring for our students every day while providing them with a meaningful learning environment.

I have dedicated my career to the students of the Bennett School District for the last 22 years. I started my career as a permanent substitute teacher and registrar at Bennett High School, then moved to Bennett Elementary as a paraprofessional, teacher, literacy coach, and Dean of Students. I am happy to be able to continue serving our students in my new role. 

I plan on collaborating with parents, teachers, and students to ensure that our students are safe, cared for, and academically successful. Working together we will provide a learning environment that provides our students with skills that will prepare them for their future endeavors. 

To our students: I cannot wait to see all of the amazing things you will do! I hope that as we finish up this year and you are enjoying a fabulous summer, you are excited for the 2023-2024 school year. It is going to be a meaningful and fun year. We will be learning together to achieve the highest accomplishments. 

Please know that my door is always open to you all. I sincerely welcome your conversation and input during this year, and several years to come, as we keep our students the focus of our work. I can’t wait to celebrate our future successes.
